CASE STUDY : Optimum Credit
Published on , in Case Studies.
Welcome to Optimum Credit's brand new premises : two floors of modern functional work space in the Capital Quarter, Cardiff.
Following a recent merger with the finance group Pepper Money, Optimum Credit approached Imium designers to create a new space that would adapt to the evolution of the business.
Imium explain "It was essential that the new offices allowed for staff expansion and catered for their varying needs going forward. The space allows the team to work both collaboratively and as individuals."
"The finishes chosen are a timeless palette of greys, blacks and pastel tones. Textures vary from sleek marble hexagonal tiles to soft luxurious high pile carpets giving the scheme longevity, and allowing the company to apply their own branding without feeling overly corporate."
An executive meeting area for private functions has been designed with a glass front allowing light into the space. A classic grey combo colour palette was chosen with Tektura Angles Max wallcovering on feature walls.
"The break out spaces have been designed to cater for large company gatherings, small meetings and agile working. Kitchens on both floors comfortably accommodate the needs of the growing workforce and provide an area for social events."
"Four study booths in one of the larger break out spaces provide an area for quiet study. The main office area has been designed with agile working and collaboration in mind again, including a comfortable work lounge to be used as a waiting or informal meeting space."
Have a look at our Angles Max wallcovering here, or for the same design in a smaller scale you might like Angles.
And our Angles Weave wallcovering below is a simple linen coordinate that works with both Angles and Angles Max.
The end result has not only given Optimum Credit a workspace that meets the original brief by accommodating the numbers that they need but also supports and encourages an agile and collaborative work force."
